**Function**:

- As a Customer Experience Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the Customer Experience surveys, as NPS, with the stakeholders, (as specialists and service providers), quantitative but also qualitative, from the planning to the execution and reporting, managing the survey and data collection tolls. Being SPOC for the different stakeholders.
- Doing a deep analyze of data of the different customer experiences surveys feedback, to find root causes and crossing customer experience data with business data, to enrich data and obtain valuables insights, doing also predictions and estimations.
- Creating reporting and customer dashboards or/and hubs, to collect and present Voice of the Customer in a user experience way. Presenting results in different forums and formats and able to train others.
- Contributing to the Customer Experience Strategy, customer journey definition process and draw of the moments of truth

**Requirements**:

- You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- Customer experience measurement tools used: NPS, 5 starts, Ratings and Reviews, Text Analytics,..
- Management of surveys tools and data collection tools
- Analytics capabilities
- Advance statistical capabilities, managing big data bases, pivot tables, also CRM
- Capable to determine and calculate statistics as:

- Representative Samples, correlated different variables and predictions
- Quantitative and qualitative methodologies used and experience to measure and collect voice of the customer (Interviews, Focus Groups, Customer Journeys) in the more appropriate way according to the research
- Dashboard and Reporting experience: Office 365 (Excel, power point, word) (detailed oriented and agile with tools)
- Agile methodologies and agile tools experience
- SPOC in the organization for the topics related to the Customer Experience surveys
- Capable to reach out vertically horizontal
- Team work, Sharing knowledge, Open Mind, Organized person and Capable to work under pressure
