We are looking for a **Customer Experience Consultant** with a passion for innovation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem to join us as an Consultant**,** based in Barcelona with a flexible and hybrid working model.

**What you'll do in a nutshell**
- Customer Experience Program Coordination (Automotive Sector)
- Follow-up and coordination of meetings with different stakeholders of the program
- Management of the program planning and coordination with stakeholders
- Review and adaptation of presentations according to the needs of the program
- Monitoring of defined metrics for the implementation and evolution of the program

**What you'll bring**
- Customer experience knowledge. (Knowledge of the automotive sector will be valued)
- Highly committed, motivated and organized person
- Critical, analytical and challenging thinking to proactively propose improvements
- PowerBI, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Availability to be in the office in Barcelona approximately 3 days/week
