Requirements
Your responsibilities and impact working as Customer Experience Agent will be:Respond to customer enquiries via chats, calls, social media queries & emailsProvide customers with product and service informationResearch required information using available resourcesIdentify customer needsManage and resolve customer complaintsMaintain an up-to-date customer information systemIdentify and escalate priority issuesFollow up customer calls where necessary Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: You are native in Norwegian and have a high level of EnglishYou have a can-do attitude and have a positive and professional attitudeYou are used to working with computers and can learn new systems quicklyYou are a strong communicator both verbal and written and are willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectationsYou preferably live already in Barcelona with the necessary documents
