**Position Summary**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Gain a technical understanding of our products.
- Customer order entry to ERP (SAP 4 Hana) system.
- Acknowledging customer PO’s and providing regular updates to customers on the progress of the sales order.
- Expediting sales orders through the internal processes.
- Produce reports to include details of outstanding orders.
- Manage stock count and SIOP reviews.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner so as not to impact upon customer service or product delivery.
- Work with other team members to continually improve the process and customer satisfaction levels.
- Work with the Territory Sales Manager to support customer needs.

Education, Qualifications and Affiliations_**

Essential
- Business qualification i.e., Business and Administration / Customer Service.

Completed qualifications from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

**_Experience_**

Essential
- Demonstrable experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Proven experience in a sales /customer service role.
- Knowledge and experience of working with SAP ERP (preferably SAP 4 Hana)
- Demonstrable ability to learn new computer systems and business processes.
- Experience dealing with suppliers and maintaining stock levels.
- Comfortable working on a number of projects simultaneously.
- Computer literate and able to use a wide range of software packages.

Desirable
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/engineering company.
- Knowledge and experience of working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce)

- Eligible to work in Spain.

- Valid passport.
- Full driving license.
