**Your mission**:
‍ We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless experience throughout their journey with IKOSIA. You will work closely with homeowners and energy consultants, guiding them through the energy renovation project, addressing their needs, and ensuring success.

Main Responsibilities
- Project Management: Coordinate, onboard, and manage our customer’s energy renovation projects in close cooperation with our Energy Consultants ‍
- Maintain Customer Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, advising and supporting them during the energy renovations project. Establish and maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships and proactively address any issues or concerns ‍
- IKOSIA Ambassadors: Act as ambassadors of IKOSIA, encouraging satisfied customers to become advocates for IKOSIA, participating in case studies, testimonials, and referrals ‍
- IKOSIA Experts: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our energy renovation products and services, regularly sharing customer feedback to further enhance product features, benefits, and value propositions

- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the energy or sustainability industry ‍‍
- Customer Orientation: strong interpersonal skills and empathy to recognize our customer’s needs
- Proven track record in building and creating rapport with customers ‍
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to advise, support, and connect with customers ‍
- Language Skills: Bilingual in German & Spanish or minimum C1 level. Fluency in English will be a plus ‍
- Taking Ownership: Enjoy taking responsibility and organizing complex tasks efficiently
- Passion for social impact and sustainability.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.
- Location: Hybrid in Madrid or Valencia.
