Estamos buscando al nuevo fichaje estrella para nuestro equipo como **Customer Success Operations Manager**
Somos Sesame HR, **la solución digital que ayuda a equipos de Recursos Humanos **, managers y empresas a optimizar los procesos de gestión de personal, centralizándolos en una sola plataforma.

Nuestra misión es facilitar el trabajo de managers y profesionales de RRHH para que puedan utilizar su tiempo para **crear experiências de empleado personalizadas **y cuidar de sus equipos mientras la compañía sigue consiguiendo resultados de negocio excelentes.

**Como Customer Success Operations Manager ?? es indispensable que tengas**:
- Experiência en la gestión de CRM
- Conocimiento integral del área de aftersales en una empresa SaaS/Tech
- Experiência de al menos 2 años en la gestión de operaciones de un equipo de postventa habiendo trabajado en el área de analítica y CRM.
- Conocimientos de análisis y tratamiento de datos a través de excel.
- Experiência en SaaS
- Alta capacidad de adaptación en entornos de rápido crecimiento.
- Nível de inglés fluido. ??
**¿Qué vas a hacer en Sesame?**
- Tecnología: Análisis e implementación de nuevas herramientas tech necesarias para dar soporte a los clientes y equipos.
- Enablement: Trabajar en la operativa junto al equipo de Sales Enablement para definir y supervisar los procesos de onboarding, evaluación y formación de los agentes de postventa.
- Analytica, reporting y forecasting: Desarrollo de análisis de actividad y performance de los diferentes integrantes del equipo con el objetivo de reportarla a management y poder optimizar al máximo el modelo de forecasting.
- Activación de campañas de marketing: Colaboración junto a a equipo de Product Marketing para la activación de campañas de generación de oportunidades a través de diferentes tipos de campañas de generación de interés de nuevos productos entre nuestra base de datos de clientes.
