**Junior Customer Success Manager - French speaker**

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful client relationships.

**What you'll be doing in this position**:

- Provide routine checkups to satisfied merchants
- Target merchants who have sub-optimal setups to upsell or replace new products
- Ensure new merchants are properly activated within a defined time
- Encourage merchants to properly adopt our product suite
- Guarantee that merchant's queries are resolved on time

**You'll be great for this position if you have**:

- Sales/upselling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Excellent organisational skills
- 1-2 years experience as a KAM, CSM/Sales agent
