Ahora con el propósito de solucionar las peticiones de servicio de IT, necesitamos incorporar un **Support Agent** en nuestro equipo de Digital.

Tu rol será ayudar a nuestros compañeros/as a resolver las incidencias que les puedan surgir en su día a día, ¿quieres participar?

**¿En qué consistirá tu día a día?**

En Carglass estamos buscando un Helpdesk (si lo traduces ,entenderás porqué lo ponemos en inglés...). Ofrecemos un contrato de interinidad para poder cubrir una baja médica de larga duración.

**¿Qué significa esto?**

Tu misión será atender las solicitudes de servicio de nuestros usuarios.

Solucionar, diagnosticar y resolver incidencias con hardware, software, dispositivos móviles y otras herramientas tecnológicas.

- ¿Acostumbrado/a a solucionar todas las incidencias de tus familiares y amistades? Si es así, no tendrás problemas en gestionar los equipos de usuarios.
- Que no tengas que buscar en Wikipedia el significado de ITIL, y que hayas utilizado herramientas de ticketing basadas en ello.
- El planchar, ¿cómo lo llevas? No hablamos de tu ropa, sino de planchar imágenes y paquetes de SW.
- Ahora dos serias: necesitamos tambien que sepas gestionar SW de soporte remoto y herramientas de diagnostico.
