**Customer Support Agent - Hybrid - Barcelona**

**Telematel is looking to hire a Customer Support Agent to join our team**

This is an entry-level position within the Telematel Customer Support team in Barcelona for a graduate with some customer service, business support or business administration experience in to join our team. Acting as the liaison between the business and our clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience for all our customers who use Telematel software products and solutions. You will collaborate using documentation, manuals, and training contents of Telematel solutions to improve and ensure that our clients get the most from our products and services.

**About you**:

- You will have completed at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a similar discipline is essential
- You will be looking for an entry-level position within a Software Technology Company and looking to take your first steps in a customer support team where you will learn your trade within an experienced team in Barcelona
- You will come with some previous experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar environment desirable
- You will have previous experience in either customer service, business administration, and business support experience are essential
- Accountancy or Finance knowledge and some experience is advantageous
- You love people and truly care about their success
- Self-starter mentality, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and understanding of deadlines
- You don't let little things slip through the cracks
- A highly effective and engaging communication skillset
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
- Being Fluent in Spanish is essential
- Having an English language skillset is advantageous
- Must be legally authorized to work in Spain
