Seleccionamos un/a customer support (e-commerce) para empresa del sector transporte ubicada en Zona Franca, Barcelona. La persona seleccionada realizará las siguientes funciones:

- Introducción de archivos al sistema para la carga de los pedidos.
- Introducción manual de pedidos al sistema en clientes no integrados y/o automatizados.
- Confección de etiquetas de transporte de las expediciones generadas.
- Seguimiento de los envíos a la web de los transportistas y actualización de estados.
- Atención incidencias de preparación o transporte.
- Verificación factura del proveedor/a.
- Control stock.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 1 año trabajando en departamentos de customer service o atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector e-commerce.- Buscamos a una persona responsable y comprometida.
- Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.

Formación:

- GS en administración y finanzas o en comercio internacional o similar.- ESO finalizada.
