**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:

✍️ **WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? **✍️
- At least 3 years of experience as a** Technical Support**, preferably with Dynatrace.
- Proven experience in **troubleshooting** and **problem-solving.**:

- Experience in **maintaining customer relationships** and managing customer expectations.
- Familiarity with **IT service management processes** and **agile methodologies**.
- **English Fluent**.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Provide **technical support to clients using Dynatrace**:

- Support product teams **translate Monitoring requirements into Dynatrace.**:

- **Maintain strong customer relationships**and **ensure customer satisfaction.**:

- Collaborate with the technical team to improve product functionality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace products and features to improve support services around Dynatrace.
