As a Global Technical Support agent, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service throughout their entire customer journey. You will be an expert in your field, responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, and working collaboratively with our team to empower our customers to become as self-sufficient as possible.

Your main responsibilities include
3rd line technical support for troubleshooting
Own and execute feature/change requests
Conduct training sessions

About you

You easily understand the business, and how value is created for both parts as well as the customer. Your high energy and insatiable curiosity combined with your business acumen will make you successful in this position.

You are super confortable working and speaking in Spanish & English. French would also be an advantage. You have a flexible schedule and are willing to work in shifts, as this is a 24x7 support team.

Funciones:

- Give support to the VoIP telephone network from multiple companies like Generali, Baxi, Clece, Indra... through the configuration and provisioning of terminals. Resolution of incidents and communication with the client
- Técnico de Helpdesk para el departamento de Soporte. Integrándose en el equipo de Helpdesk, sus tareas serán las siguientes:

- Recepción y gestión de incidencias a través de teléfono, correo electrónico y herramienta de ticketing.
- Conexión remota con hardware del cliente.
- Desplazamientos para instalación/formación en las dependencias del cliente.
- Implantación y seguimiento de proyectos de telecomunicaciones.

Buscamos una persona responsable, de trato amable, con habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para relacionarse en un entorno dirigido al trabajo en equipo.

Conocimientos necesarios:

- Conocimientos en redes LAN-WAN, routing, switching, VLAN y cableado estructurado.
- Conocimientos en VOIP.
- Conocimientos en redes WLAN.
- Conocimientos en Informática general.
- Conocimientos de Telefonía en general.
- Se valorará especialmente CCNA/CCNP.

**Requisitos mínimos**
- Formación Profesional Grado Medio - Informática, telecomunicaciones
- Experiência mínima Al menos 1 año
- Idiomas: Castellano, Català, English (Nível alto)
- Incorporación: inmediata

Ofrecemos:
