**_¿Cuál será tu misión? _**
El/la Customer Experience será la persona que velará por la estrategia de la experiência del alumno dentro de la Business School EAE.
El objetivo final es conseguir un desarrollo sostenible del negocio a través del desarrollo de la experiência.
**_ Funciones:_**
- Desarrollar, liderar e implementar el modelo de experiência de nuestros alumnos en cada fase de relación tanto offline como online
- Optimizar la satisfacción del alumno y consolidar el valor de nuestra propuesta educativa a través de la experiência y relación con el alumno
- Identificar KPI's y mecanismos de feedback de la experiência del alumno, realizar su seguimiento y relación con indicadores de negocio.
- Colaborar con las diferentes áreas de la compañía Dirección, Marketing, Comercial, Académico, Finanzas, Operaciones...
- Gestionar la relación, proyectos o alianzas con nuestras empresas partner de referencia.

**Formación y experiência**
- Formación específica en ámbitos relacionados con Customer Experience, gestión de empresas y proyectos, análisis de consumidor.
- Un mínimo de 3 años de experiência en Customer Experience, gestión de proyectos.
- Experiência con herramientas informáticas de gestión, análisis y reporting (Excel, CRM, BI, Proyectos, Analítica, estadística).
- Nível de Inglés B2
