Empresa Química precisa incorporar un Key Account Manager especializado en principios activos para gestionar las zonas geográficas de Alemania, Suiza y Austria.
Tu nuevo puesto
- Responsable de la ejecución de la estrategia comercial y de marketing de los países asignados bajo su responsabilidad.
- Mantener la cartera de clientes ya existente y ampliarla.
- Prospección, visita y desarrollo de las relaciones comerciales con sus clientes.
- Asesorar a los clientes en cuanto a temas técnicos y comerciales.
- Determinar el seguimiento apropiado a cada visita.
- Negociación y cierre de contratos con los clientes.
- Desarrollo de nuevos mercados, identificando oportunidades y mercados potenciales no cubiertos.
- Conseguir los objetivos anuales previstos en cuanto a cantidad, margen, número de clientes activos.
- Proponer estrategias de desarrollo de mercado para los diferentes mercados de acuerdo con los objetivos de la empresa y la información de los diferentes mercados.
- Garantizar la buena gestión de sus cuentas clientes, en cuanto a satisfacción, desarrollo y gestión de nuevos productos, rentabilidad y balance.
- Aportar a la compañía toda la información relacionada con el mercado y las diferentes aplicaciones de los productos tanto de la compañía como de la competencia.
Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto
- Formación universitaria en Ciencias Químicas o Biología.
- Nível inglés mínimo nível Advance. Valorable otros idiomas; francés.
- Experiência mínima de 8 años en ventas directas habiendo estado en funciones similares como Account Manager, Sales Manager.
- Valorable experiência en business development y account management.
- Muy valorable experiência en venta de APIs y excipientes en la industria farmacéutica.
- Vivir en provincia de Barcelona.
- Disponibilidad para viajar 40% del tiempo.
