**About us**:
BVNK is on a mission to make banking and payments work for crypto. Digital finance has evolved fast and traditional finance is yet to catch up. BVNK bridges the gap between fiat and crypto payments so innovative businesses can make crypto their competitive edge, engage new audiences, and unlock new revenue streams. Using our platform, customers can incorporate crypto into their payment flows and send and receive instant payments in over 150 currencies.

We are a diverse team spread across the UK, Europe, and South Africa, with a shared belief that in the next five years all payment flows will interact with crypto, and BVNK will be at the forefront of this shift. We recently raised 40m in series A funding, and we're looking for smart, ambitious people to help us build the next generation of payments

**About this Role**

**What you will do**

Onboarding tasks:

- managing onboarding process from start to finish for all the clients for our VP Commercial
- liaising with clients, legal and compliance to ensure smooth and swift onboarding
- Communicating with clients to collect and review necessary onboarding documents
- Facilitate a positive, customer-obsessed experience throughout all team and customer collaborations

Administration tasks:

- Travel management
- Calendar management
- General support

Business Development tasks:

- Build list of target prospects, create and execute the outreach strategy (i.e. campaign content, follow up sequence, objection handling)
- Conduct market research to uncover the needs within each industry vertical or business segment
- Be responsible for keeping salesforce and database management within the commercial team
- Be actively involved with industry news, conferences, and events and thus being a credible ambassador for the business in all dealing with prospects and customers

**Desired Skills And Experience**
- Experience - 1-2 years sales/business development/account management
- Experience in financial market, SaaS or PaaS sales/business development
