**‍**The Role**:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Iberia to join our Iberian team. Reporting to the Iberia GM, the BD Manager will lead our commercial efforts and expansion in** **Iberia**.** You will be the face and voice of Headout to our Supply Partners in the region.

***What makes this role special?**:

- You'll have your fingerprints all over Headout's. You'll do whatever it takes to launch quickly, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details - from what cities or regions to launch next, to how we can keep bananas and avocados ripe to ultimately minimize spoilage.
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard new Supply Partners in **Iberia** on the Headout Platform
- Develop relationships with our existing Supply Partners in order to leverage them for additional growth
- Liaise between internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing) and your accounts in order to ensure smooth execution of the partnerships and growth of bookings.
- Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analysis to optimize business strategies.
- Identify, reach out to and sign distribution-side partnerships in **Iberia**

**What skills & experience do you need?**:

- Native Spanish speaker with english and catalan as pro languages (**Barcelona/Madrid** is preferred)
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in travel-related products
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communications skills
- Global mindset and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds & time zones.
- Experience working with a CRM - eager to learn and use new tools

**Bonus**:

- You have experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
- You have a demonstrated interest in marketplaces, travel, events and all things experiential.
- You have spent a considerable amount of time in the Iberia region and really understand the market's pulse.
- Graduate from a Business School (or similar)
