**Business Development Manager Iberia**

Buscamos una posición de Técnico Comercial basada en Barcelona para cubrir nuestro crecimiento y apoyo en las ventas dentro del territorio península Ibérica

La posición estará basada en Barcelona, España y reportará a Jordi Pelegrí Aldavert, Country Manager Iberia.

**Las funciones principales del puesto serán**:

- Generación y seguimiento de leads y oportunidades
- Realizar la calificación y el seguimiento de leads.
- Asignación de los leads a nuestra red comercial y asegurar el seguimiento continuado de las oportunidades en este canal.
- Apoyo técnico y comercial a los proyectos en los casos que sea necesario.
- Apoyo comercial a la red de distribución actual para dinamizar las ventas, realizando visitas de forma conjunta a clientes y funciones de soporte preventa.
- Liderar las acciones comerciales para la generación de nuevos leads juntamente con el equipo de marketing y comercial.
- Definición de acciones para generar nuevos leads en Iberia.
- Seguimiento de los leads generados y evaluación del retorno de las acciones realizadas.
- Participación en eventos y ferias para la promoción y captación de nuevos clientes.
- Seguimiento y reporte de las acciones realizadas.

**Requisitos**:

- Actitud proactiva y dinámica.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência comercial en sectores industriales
- Se valorará conocimientos del sector de la robótica y automatización industrial aunque no es imprescindible.
- Con titulación técnica.
- Disponibilidad para viajar en España y Portugal.
- Imprescindible un buen nível de inglés.
- Buena capacidad de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

Como profesional te consideras autónomo, pero te gusta el trabajando en equipo. Te motiva la resolución de tareas complejas y aun así eres muy práctico en la forma en que abordas tus tareas.
