Empresa catalana, referent en el sector tecnològic i en creixement exponencial a Catalunya, requereix incorporar un/a Responsable Comercial per la Divisió d'Empreses de la companyia, la missió del/la qual serà la d'aconseguir els objectius d'augment dels ingressos i adquisició de clients i de maximitzar el potencial de l'equip de vendes B2B, elaborar plans de vendes i justificar aquests plans davant Direcció.
En dependència de Direcció General, les principals tasques i funcions del lloc de treball seran les següents:

- Aconseguir el creixement i els objectius de venda mitjançant una gestió encertada de l'equip de vendes.
- Dissenyar i implementar un pla comercial estratègic que augmenti la cartera de clients de l'empresa i garanteixi la seva forta presència.
- Reclutar personal, establir objectius, orientar i supervisar l'acompliment dels representants de vendes.
- Establir i fomentar relacions fortes i duradores (win-win) amb els clients, cooperant amb ells i entenent les seves necessitats.
- Presentar informes de vendes, ingressos i despeses, així com previsions realistes a Direcció.
- Identificar mercats emergents i canvis en el mercat, essent totalment coneixedor dels nous productes i de l'estat de la competència.

- Vehicle d'empresa, Tel. mòbil, PC, dietes i altres eines necessàries per a l'activitat comercial.

Es requereix:

- Persona amb compromís amb la formació contínua al seu equip.
- Habilitat per a comunicar, presentar i influir de manera creïble i eficaç en tots els nívells de l'organització.
- Habilitat per a guiar el procés de venda, des de la seva planificació fins al seu tancament.
- Persona amb excel-lents capacitats per a orientar, formar i gestionar a les persones (clara orientació a objectius a través de les persones).
- Carnet de conduir "B".

Estudios mínimos
- Es valorarà positivament formació universitària en ADE, Empresarials, Enginyeria o experiència professional equivalent.

Experiência mínima
- Es requereix experiència prèvia mínima de 4 anys amb responsabilitats comercials similars en àmbit B2B, preferiblement en comercialització de productes i serveis tècnics o tecnològics de ràpid creixement (Fast Growing Companies).

Idiomas mínimos
- Català i castellà: avançats.

Requisitos valorables
- Es valorarà molt positivament experiència prèvia en el sector de les telecomunicacions o en productes i serveis de ràpid creixement (FGC; Fast Growing Companies), escalables i amb grans sinergies comercials, dirigits principalment al consumidor final, tals com software, energia, assegurances o banca.
- Es valorarà positivament residència a la Catalunya Central o disponibilitat per al trasllat de residència a la zona.
