**Descripción del puesto**:
Un Ejecutivo de Ventas en la división de negocio Cinesa Business es el máximo responsable de la implementación de la estrategia de ventas en su área designada, manteniendo y potenciando la cartera de clientes actuales a la vez que desarrollando nuevo negocio mediante la construcción de relaciones sólidas y sostenibles en el tiempo con sus interlocutores para la venta de Eventos + Vouchers + Campañas publicitarias.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Identificar nuevo negocio mediante la adquisición de nuevos clientes y la construcción de relaciones sólidas para hacer crecer el negocio B2B.
- Gestionar la relación con los clientes activos, visitándolos regularmente y diversificando sus compras entre los 3 servicios que ofrecemos (alquiler de espacios para eventos + alquiler de soportes publicitarios para campañas de awareness + vouchers).
- Dar respuesta tanto a los leads de ventas corporativas entrantes como buscar proactivamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Junto con la Sales Manager diseñar estrategias correctivas de venta en base a desviaciones sobre los objetivos designados mensualmente.
- Colaborar de forma transversal con los departamentos de Film Booking, Legal, Finanzas y Operaciones para la consecución de los objetivos comunes. Todos estos departamentos están relacionados con las ventas del equipo B2B.

**Requisitos**:

- Preferiblemente, licenciatura en ADE, comunicación, relaciones públicas o equivalente.
- 4-6 años en un rol similar con experiência comprobada en todo el ciclo de una venta: prospección, concertación, visita/reunión, cierre de venta, gestión operativa de la venta y soporte en cobro de la venta.
- Experiência deseable en agencias de comunicación, marketing, publicidad, eventos, actividades promocionales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y adaptabilidad, capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Fuerte orientación comercial orientada a alcanzar objetivos de venta ambiciosos.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y con plazos ajustados en un entorno en constante evolución y ritmo rápido.
- Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a nível nacional.
- Capacidad para gestionar contactos y negociaciones a cualquier nível.
- Fluidez en inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
- Experiência en el uso de CRM (deseable Dynamics).
- Capacidad de análisis y de reporting.
