About the Role

Papernest is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Italian market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Team Management
    • Build and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
    • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales skills and performance
  • Sales Planning and Execution
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to improve sales performance
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales team members
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
  • 3-4 years of experience in managing a sales team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage end-to-end a large team and lead sales initiatives
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful sales cycles
  • International experience and fluency in English
  • Ideal candidate has knowledge or experience dealing with Italian real estate and/or bank companies
