Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to join our B2B team at FREENOW. As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for our B2B business product offering. This includes collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and data science teams to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog and execute on delivering great experiences for users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and drive the product strategy for the FREENOW B2B business product offering
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog
* Execute on delivering great experiences for users through data-driven decision making and experimentation
* Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities for all marketplace products

Requirements:

* Minimum 6+ years experience as a Product Manager, including 2+ years experience as a Senior Product Manager/Principal Product Manager managing multi-million $ ARR B2B products
* Previous B2B SAAS experience or good understanding of building B2B products is required
* Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
