We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the growth of our B2B business, empowering businesses to thrive in the mobility landscape.

About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our B2B business, delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of medium and large-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences for users.
  • Drive product launches, product marketing, and go-to-market activities for all marketplace products, ensuring seamless execution and customer delight.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the team's work is well understood and supported.
  • Use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact to senior executives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with 2+ years as a Senior Product Manager/Principal Product Manager, managing multi-million $ ARR B2B products.
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience or good understanding of building B2B products is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.
  • Excellent business acumen, customer-centric, team, and results-oriented.
