Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the strategy and growth of our B2B business product offering at FREE NOW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product strategy for our B2B business, focusing on improving efficiency and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement data-driven product launches, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee product launches, product marketing, and go-to-market activities for all marketplace products.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • Use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact to senior executives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with 2+ years in a Senior Product Manager/Principal Product Manager role.
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience or a strong understanding of building B2B products is required.
  • Excellent analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain points.
  • Excellent business acumen, customer-centric, team, and results-oriented.
