In Forcontact stiamo cercando un Team Leader con esperienza nel settore customer care.

**Responsabilità**:

- Forte propensione al problem solving
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di Orientamento al cliente.
- Coordinare le attività giornaliere e di turno organizzando le attività delle risorse
- Responsabile degli obiettivi e del monitoraggio dei relativi Kpi in termini di produttività ed efficienza, con conseguente elaborazione di reportistica
- Gestisce l'interfaccia con l'organizzazione locale per tutti gli aspetti legati allo sviluppo e produzione del proprio reparto
- Assegna compiti operativi e valuta le performance
- Assicura che ogni collaboratore abbia un piano di formazione técnica in linea con le competenze richieste dal ruolo
- Reindirizzare le richieste specifiche che non possono essere risolte dall'agente a un'altra area o a uno specialista.
- Rilevare e comunicare l'esistenza di una serie di reclami relativi allo stesso processo.
- Partecipa alle riunioni con il cliente

**Requisiti**:

- conoscenza della lingua italiana (Alto/nativo)
- conoscenza della lingua inglese (Alto)
- conoscenza della lingua spagnola (Nice to have)
- Gradita esperienza pregressa in attività analoga e nell'ambito dei servizi di contact center
- Forte propensione al problem solving
- Buone capacità organizzative del lavoro proprio e altrui
- Supporto al proprio Team di lavoro
- Orientamento ai risultati del team
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Word / Excel/PowerPoint).
