L'équipe s'occupe d'accompagner les clients dans leur utilisation de la solution PayFit au quotidien. Tu accompagneras 7 CCR (Customer Care Representative) assurant le premier niveau de support et travailleras en équipe avec les autres Squad Lead Care et les Squad Lead Success assurant le second niveau de support. Le département Customer Service comprend également les équipes Déclaration (accompagnement des clients dans leurs démarches liées aux différents organismes type URSSAF), App & Payroll Specialist (nos experts de la paie), Onboarding Specialist (paramétrage et accompagnement des nouveaux clients) et Customer Expansion (en charge d'aider nos clients à maximiser leur ROI avec notre solution).Quel sera ton rôle ?Dans un contexte d'hyper-croissance, la gestion des demandes clients est un défi de plus en plus important, mais aussi un élément clé pour atteindre les objectifs de PayFit : améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle, mieux servir nos clients et maintenir la motivation des équipes. Dans ce contexte, ton rôle sera de coacher et motiver ton équipe au quotidien afin d'assurer la satisfaction client. Ta mission impliquera également de travailler avec les équipes Ops (en charge du business planning ainsi que des données, processus et outils au sein du département) et les équipes Produits. Notamment, tu seras un acteur important des projets actuels tels que mise en place d'un Live Chat et évolution des processus de traitement des demandes clients (externalisation, automatisations, saved replies, playbooks, etc.)
