Caplena's vision is to become the single place of truth for feedback, where customer-centric companies go to understand the needs, wishes and pain points of their customers.

Having closed our first funding round, we're looking for **ambitious personalities who are eager to roll up their sleeves and have an impact**. You will become an integral part of our hands-on & fun team (17 people) and have a big impact on the future development of our company. We are **fast-growing** with 200+ active customers in more than 16+ countries across a multitude of industries including some big names like **eBay, **Lufthansa** and **DHL.** And we're just warming up.

**Main Responsibilities**

As our Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Becoming an expert about the company, industry, our product, and features to effectively present Caplena's value proposition to potential customers
- Working closely with Account Executives to ensure a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborating with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize our growth trajectory
- Maintaining and improving a scalable outbound prospecting system
- Tracking and managing prospects, as well as qualifying leads by using a modern sales tech stack
- Participating in team meetings, networking, trade shows to grow the business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Proven work experience in business development or sales
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, cold calling is a plus
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience in SaaS is a plus
- Experience with CRM software and knowledge of basic business research tools such as Linked in Sales Navigator is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and German is a must
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
- Upbeat team player with strong work ethics and ambitions
