**Overview**:
We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant / Business Development Representative to join our team. If you are a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to excel, we want to hear from you

**Salary: Euros 1,122 Monthly**
**Working Hours**: 10 am to 6 pm, Madrid time zone

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Onboarding**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through onboarding.
- Provide customer assistance and support during the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and improve overall customer satisfaction.

**Business Development**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and partnerships in the Spanish market, with a focus on Madrid.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Assist in the creation of compelling sales presentations and materials.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address client concerns and queries, escalating issues as needed.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and business development activities

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, onboarding, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a virtual work environment.
- Familiarity with the Spanish market, particularly in Madrid, is a plus.
