- We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative for Central, Eastern and Southern Europe to join our Business Development team, either in Spain or Poland. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
- What your responsibilities will look like:
- Receive the proper Onboarding within the Business Development team.-
- Learn basics about the world of Renewable Energy, Solar PV in particular.-
- Learn how to use Salesforce for your day-to-day work.-
- Successfully conduct dozens of Discovery Calls and qualify the Opportunity for your corresponding Account Executive.Use your acumen to find necessary market intelligence.-
- Work closely with your Manager to refine and/or update the local market situation.-
- Be able to conduct Discovery calls independently and work with a high degree of autonomy.-
- Learn how to conduct Demo calls to help your Manager during the high-activity season or when he/she is traveling.**Required Skills**:
- C1+ English.Strong cross-cultural communication skills - we are a diverse team of 22+ nationalities.-
- Willingness to start your career in Sales and Renewables, specifically in Solar PV.-
- Being proactive - willingness to go extra for your teammates and potential clients.-
- Being coachable and receptive toward constructive criticism when facing the extra high-activity season.-
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the work time.Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in Solar PV is not required, but greatly valued.-
- Previous experience in Business Development/Sales is not required, but greatly valued.-
- Microsoft Office proficiency with Excel, PowerBI and other tools is a nice advantage.
