**Internship - Sales Development Representative (remote - Spain) (german speaker)**

**Summary**

Do you like the idea of helping and contributing in the commercial area by generating leads, qualifying opportunities and scheduling sales meetings? Then you are in the right place

Your main objective will be to generate leads for HelloMrLead's clients. You will participate in lead generation campaigns, present products and services to potential buyers - always in the B2B sector and help us optimize processes by working with our CRM, scheduling final meetings.

**TASKS**
- Learning about the sales sector, marketing, commercial profiles...
- Identifying customer needs and communicating the value proposition.
- Manage cold and hot calls to prospects, to add experience.
- Manage lead data in a CRM: Pipedrive / Hubspot
- Reporting, data management and analysis of data to understand every detail

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Need to be able to sign an internship agreement with your school.
- University degree with studies related to the commercial/marketing area oriented to business development, business administration, economics, tourism, finance...
- Native or very advanced level of German, apart from Spanish.
- Immediate incorporation.

**SCHEDULE**:
Telework from home, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00h.

**CONDITIONS**

First month (without remuneration) of test and training, with accredited courses.

From the 2nd month will be paid internship with 400€ with the possibility of increases, or bonuses for meeting monthly targets. We offer a career plan with progressive contract, expanding responsibilities, schedule and salary after several months and finally the possibility of a permanent contract.

We are primarily interested in retaining talent and developing together with our team.
