Position Overview

We are looking for a new person to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will have good language skills in German and Spanish. As a SDR, you will help increase growth and establish meaningful relationships with potential clients across DACH and Iberia Region.

You will report to the Manager of Business Development and work hybrid/remote in the Barcelona office

**Responsibilities**:

- You will conduct inbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients within DACH & Iberia markets
- You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies tailored to German and Spanish audiences
- You will maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in CRM software.
- You will provide detailed feedback to the sales team to enhance sales processes and improve lead conversion rates
- You will stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to position our offerings

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in German and Spanish is necessary
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with CRM software

- You will succeed in an evolving business landscape
- You will will collaborate with teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to lead cohesive strategies and achieve shared goals
- You will will be curious and stay up to date with industry trends
- You will demonstrate a willingness to stay updated on industry best practices, refine their skills, and embrace new technologies and methodologies to enhance performance and inspire innovation
