Nach Abschluss unserer ersten Finanzierungsrunde suchen wir ehrgeizige Persönlichkeiten, die bereit sind, die Ärmel hochzukrempeln und etwas zu bewirken. Du wirst ein integraler Bestandteil unseres engagierten und dynamischen Teams (19 Personen) und einen großen Einfluss auf die zukünftige Entwicklung unseres Unternehmens haben. Wir wachsen schnell und haben bereits über 200 aktive Kunden in mehr als 16 Ländern aus zahlreichen Branchen, darunter renommierte Namen wie eBay, Lufthansa und DHL. Und wir stehen erst am Anfang.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

Als unser Business Development Representative bist Du verantwortlich für:

- Identifizierung und Schaffung neuer Möglichkeiten/Leads für unser Vertriebsteam durch eine Kombination aus intelligentem Lead-Finding, Social Selling, E-Mail-Kampagnen, Telefon-Kaltakquise und cleveren Outbound-Verkaufstechniken.
- Aufbau von führendem Wissen über unsere Branche, unser Produkt und die Funktionalitäten, um Caplena’s Wertversprechen potenziellen Kunden effektiv zu vermitteln und sie zu überzeugen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Executives, um eine gesunde Sales-Pipeline zu gewährleisten.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Produkt-, Marketing
- und Customer Success Teams, um unsere Wachstumskurve zu maximieren.
- Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung eines skalierbaren Outbound-Prospecting-Systems.
- Verfolgung und Verwaltung von potenziellen Neukunden sowie Qualifizierung von Leads unter Verwendung eines modernen Technologie-Stacks.
- Teilnahme an Teammeetings, Networking-Events sowie Messen zur Geschäftsentwicklung.

**Anforderungen**
- Bachelor-Abschluss oder äquivalente Berufserfahrung.
- Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Development oder Vertrieb.
- Praktische Erfahrung mit mehreren Verkaufstechniken, Telefon-Kaltakquise ist von Vorteil.
- Erfolgsbilanz beim Erreichen von Verkaufszielen.
- Erfahrung im Bereich SaaS ist von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Software und Kenntnisse grundlegender Lead Intelligence Tools wie LinkedIn Sales Navigator sind von Vorteil.
- Starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch sind ein Muss.
- Tatkräftige und zupackende Einstellung.
- Optimistischer Teamplayer mit hoher Arbeitsmoral und Ehrgeiz.
