RoomRaccoon is awarded the world's best Hotel Management System for 2 years in a row and empowers hoteliers to run their property way more effectively. Our growing team of 100 heads is working from 10 offices all over the world
Tasks
**Your role**:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are part of the prospecting and pipeline generation function. As a successful SDR, you will grow into a Junior Account Executive role within 9 - 15 months.
**You will be accountable for**:
1\. Your Demo Booked Target
2\. Call Numbers, Talk Time & Outbound SQL Targets
You will be responsible for introducing RoomRaccoon to hoteliers in our DACH market operating 10-100 rooms and booking demos for our Account Executives to turn into customers. Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Outbound phone calling to generate leads and schedule demos with Account Executives;
- Meet monthly performance metrics centered around cold calls made, outbound SQL generated and demos booked;
- Navigate gatekeepers and achieve forward momentum with prospects;
- Register call activity through our sale systems with clear notes summarising key prospect information;
- Maintain your deal pipeline and action for follow-up on relevant opportunities;
- Start your day with a daily huddle together with the international sales team via video call, led by our Head of Sales Development Representative;
- You will spend your days convincing hoteliers to find out more about how RoomRaccoon will level up their hotel, creating new revenue for them, and saving time and costs
