This on-site role involves engaging with clients and partners to drive business growth, leveraging a consultative approach to account management.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets in a thriving and vibrant work environment.
Responsibilities: Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
Create a business environment for sustained growth within accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships to ensure long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity.
Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
Prepare commercial and technical service proposals.
Focus on driving profitability through proactive management.
Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
Track, manage, and report sales pipeline activity.
Respond to and resolve incoming customer or partner calls in a timely manner.
Requirements: Solid background in sales.
Fluent in English and native-level proficiency in German.
Strong communication skills.
Achievement and goal-oriented mindset.
Motivated and a self-starter.
Previous experience working with sales channels.
Experience in B2B sales.
Dynamic and energetic personality.
