**MISSIÓN**

Asegurar el VALOR AL CLIENTE teniendo en cuenta los factores clave del negocio y la Compañía, a través de una gestión comercial operativa de la cartera de clientes asignada, de manera pro-activa, eficiente y enfocada a una mejora constante.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Gestión administrativa comercial de los clientes
- Control de la operativa con el cliente
- Conocimiento, mantenimiento y desarrollo de la relación con los clientes asignados
- Detectar oportunidades de venta.
- Cumplir con los procesos establecidos por la Compañía.

**TAREAS**
- Entrar pedidos y coberturas.
- Planificación de las entregas (gestión anticipada de riesgo y vencidos)
- Gestión del riesgo (tener controlado en todo momento el riesgo disponible con los clientes. Tener control de los posibles siniestros, conjuntamente con responsable de riesgos del dept. de administración)
- Confirmaciones, retrasos, cambios en los plazos de entrega
- Envios de documentación varia al cliente (packings, tikets báscula, albaranes, confirmaciones de pedido y cobertura,...)
- Gestión con los traders
- Recepción de las reclamaciones de los clientes y seguimiento de la resolución de facturación, calidad y otros
- Archivo físico e informático
- Gestionar las devoluciones fictícias (todo el circuito)
- Gestión documental devoluciones reales (parte de ventas), con coordinación con FO, QT i LOG
- Controlar la documentación internacional (remesas documentales y cartas de crédito)
- Creación de la ficha de nuevos productos junto con l’AM, planing i QAM.
- Mantenimiento de la ficha de precios.
- Cierre de pedidos y coberturas
- Mantenimiento de los Excels de gestión que se hacen fuera del sistema SAP (seguimiento de la facturación de coberturas, facturas proforma, cobre pagado por adelantado, facturación de bobinas, facturación de transporte, facturación de almacenaje, abono de bobinas, metrajes, packing list con longitud de bobina)
- Tareas de cierre según Plan de Cierre
- Comunicación y coordinación con el AM, planing, producción y QAM
- Reporting al Responsable de CS
- Seguimeinto, comunicación y propuesta de planes de mejora sobre los indicadores.
- Generar entregas y pasarlas a logística una vez confirmadas.
- Gestión de la devolución de bobinns y retales.

- Formación superior
- Idiomas: alto nível de inglés.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en puesto similar
- Proactividad, self-starter con enfoque, determinación i actitud positiva
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo
- Alto dominio de aplicaciones informáticas especialmente paquet Office y SAP
- Excelente comunicación interpersonal
- Habilidad para mantenerse objectivo/a
- Buen conociemiento de los principios de satisfacción de cliente y de las mejores prácticas.

Residencia preferiblemente en la comarca de Osona.
