**Misión del puesto**:
Responsable máximo de las cartera asignada CON KEY ACCOUNTS del segmento LEISURE. Su principal misión es el mantenimiento y desarrollo de las cuentas asignadas, así como de la captación y generación de nuevo negocio dentro de estas empresas, especialmente para hoteles y destinos necesitados, garantizando el cumplimento del presupuesto y objetivos comerciales establecidos en el plan de acción del segmento.

**Funciones**:

- Es el interlocutor de Meliá Hotels International ante las cuentas clave asignadas. Planifica y realiza un plan de visitas y acciones para desarrollar su cartera de clientes, realiza visitas a los clientes y explica las características de los hoteles de la compañía y sus atributos para así asesorar al cliente sobre destinos y hoteles realizando presentaciones a sus clientes cuando sea necesario. Hacer llegar la información a sus cuentas sobre promociones, nuevas aperturas, folletos, etc
- Conoce y tiene identificadas todas las fuentes de negocio que puedan generar sus cuentas asignadas
- Evalúa a los competidores con el objetivo de mantener las acciones actualizadas y aportar información cualitativa a su responsable directo para valorar best practices
- Negociación de acuerdos para las cuentas asignadas, así como su elaboración y firma.
- Es el intermediario de cualquier posible incidencia de las cuentas siendo el último responsable del cierre de la incidencia y de ofrecer una solución al cliente
- Elabora propuesta de presupuesto de ventas anual por cada una de las cuentas de su cartera asignada, presentándolo a su responsable para aprobación
- Elabora un plan de acción comercial para sus cuentas asegurando que da respuesta a los hoteles con potencial de crecimiento/posicionamiento en las mismas. Dicho plan de acción contemplará acciones conjuntas con los hoteles (Visitas Inspección, Fam Trips, Presentaciones, etc )

**Requisitos del puesto**:

- 5 años de experiência en puesto similar
- Diplomado en Turismo, Hoteleria o similar.
- Conocimientos básicos en MS Office y ventas on-line.
- Cocimientos nível usuario en Sirius Contratación.
- Conocimiento de Operativa Hotelera
- Español e Inglés, un tercer idioma es valorable
- Compromiso de residencia en Mallorca
