JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accountabilities:

- Support Head of GFS and director in defining the strategy for GFS process transformation journey and lead GFS process transformation programme
- Identify process improvement opportunities, both within the retained and outsourced teams, always with data mindset
- Promote continuous improvement and data anaylsis
- Feasibility analysis for new ventures and business lines from a GFS process perspective
- Define & document new processes, lead & coordinate the implementation
- Accountable for successful completion of system decommission & integration from a GFS process perspective
- Accountable for delivering efficiency initiatives and achieving saving targets
- Represent GFS in key cross functional forums, influencing and managing senior stakeholders
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, including Exco members and Sponsors
- Manage team of analysts and support PTP web tools maintenance

- To manage the balance between providing best in class services and achieving cost savings
- To work seamlessly with multiple departments: sourcing, sales, Finance Ops, Performance and Product Management teams
- To retain talent through a period of highly complex change
- To adapt to continue changes in corporate plans and to new initiatives
