**DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB**

We are seeking a **Housekeeping Manager** **M/F** to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:

- Manage daily, weekly and monthly operations of the Housekeeping department.
- Manage and lead the housekeeping team to deliver a high quality service to our guests, ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the rooms.
- Recruit, train and mentor the Housekeeping team, creating a positive work environment.
- Encourage a culture of efficient and effective working practices to increase employee productivity.
- Plan the weekly rota for the Housekeeping team and manage employees’ holidays, in cooperation with the Duty Manager.
- Monitor and inspect daily the bedrooms, public areas and staffs, ensuring the company standards are met.
- Foresee and report any issues affecting the Housekeeping operations to the Duty Manager, work closely with the Maintenance team.
- Control storeroom management across all areas (linen, inventory, equipment, etc.).
- Process, order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventories, in cooperation with the Duty Manager.
- Handle guest issues and complaints.
- Manage and communicate the guest satisfaction results to the Housekeeping team.
