Grow your career as a** Revenue Manager** with Apple Leisure Group Vacations. In this role you will be responsible for drive business strategy and operational efficiency through data, analysis and reporting. The activities associated with this position are project based and generally require the ability to work both independently / unsupervised as well as on Unique Abilities Teams. The position requires the ability to aggregate data, analyze and drive actionable insights.

**A successful Revenue Manager will**:
The Revenue Manager will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management, for a designated cluster of key hotels, in order to achieve the budgeted objectives for maximizing the revenues. This position will report directly to the Regional Revenue Manager.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

- Responsible for maximizing revenues, market share and profit for his/her hotels in partnership with the Regional Revenue Manager and hotelbased teams
- Responsible of manage the Daily Pick up
- Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments
- Management of static rate offers (offline)
- Quotation and approval of the feasibility of group requests
- Allotment management control (inventory management, guarantees, availability, etc.)
- Responsible to realize the Market Analysis o Driving Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing, market, and channel mix distribution
- Accomplish a regular report to Regional Revenue Manager

**A successful Revenue Manager will have**:

- Degree level - preferably in Tourism, Business Studies, Economics, Business Admin
- Minimum 3 years as a Revenue Manager. Experience in Leisure Hotels/Resorts will be required
- High-level of business acumen - data and financial statements understanding, macro-economic trends, price/cost dynamics, etc.
- Fluent spoken and written in Spanish and English
- Hight level of Excel skills
- Having work closely with a Channel Manager/PMS System (Dingus and Avalon experience is a plus), and Revenue Management Systems
- Ability to readily adapt to change quickly
- Works well in a team and drives process improvement
- Organized and methodical
- Highly quantitative analytical skills
- Results orientation
- Commercial minded
