Tasks

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden en impact als B2B Support Agent zijn:

- Het oplossen van alle IT-gerelateerde problemen van de partners (B2B)
- Oproepen documenteren op de ticketingtool
- Op peil houden en verbeteren van de klanttevredenheid
- Communiceren naar je directe teamgenoten en verschillende afdelingen

**Requirements**:
Vaardigheden, kwalificaties en interesses die je nodig hebt om in deze functie te slagen:

- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent geïnteresseerd om meer te leren over IT
- Je toont analytisch en systematisch probleemoplossend vermogen
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en de mindset van een teamplayer
- Je bent betrouwbaar, punctueel en op zoek naar een werkgever voor de lange termijn
- Je bent in het bezit van een paspoort (indien je de NIE en SSN nog niet hebt)
- Je kunt starten op 12 september
- Je kunt de eerste 6 maanden geen vakantie opnemen

- 39u/week (tussen maandag en zaterdag, roulatiediensten tussen 6u/23u)
- 4 dagen per week werken, 9u45 per dag
- Soms zelfs tot 5 dagen achter elkaar vrij
- 95% remote, 1 dag per maand op kantoor (je moet op het vasteland wonen, ongeveer max. 100 km van Barcelona)

Onze klant is Europa's marktleider op het gebied van het aanbieden van IT-consultancydiensten. Ze beheren Infrastructure Operations Centers en Group Service Desks in Europa, Zuid-Afrika, Azië en Noord
- en Zuid-Amerika om ondersteuning te bieden in meer dan 30 talen. Voor hun kantoor in het centrum van Barcelona zijn ze op zoek naar nieuwe medewerkers ter versterking van hun IT Helpdesk-team dat werkt aan een interessant project voor een Duitse supermartkt.
