Join Our Team as a B2B Technical Support Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented B2B Technical Support Agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our B2B partners, addressing their IT-related issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Addressing B2B partners' IT-related issues through various channels, including email and phone
  • Recording and documenting calls using our ticketing tool
  • Elevating issues to relevant teams for resolution
  • Enhancing and sustaining customer satisfaction levels
  • Collaborating with direct teammates and various departments through effective communication
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Interest in learning more about IT
  • Analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills and a team player mindset
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a long-term employer commitment
  • Passport possession (if not already in possession of NIE and SSN)
  • Willingness to relocate within a 100 km radius of Barcelona
What We Offer:
  • €1,710 gross/month
  • 39 hours/week (Monday to Friday, rotative shifts between 7:00 - 17:30)
  • 2 days in the office every 2 weeks (4 days a month)
  • 1st month of training in Barcelona, 2 months of training on-site in Belgium
