Job Title: B2B Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Technical Support professional to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our global IT enterprise, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and support to our B2B partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Address and resolve IT-related issues for B2B partners in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide top-notch support through various channels, including email and phone.
  • Record and document calls using our ticketing tool.
  • Elevate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with direct teammates and departments to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Interest in learning more about IT and its applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to long-term employment.
  • Valid passport (if not already in possession of NIE and SSN).
What We Offer:
  • €1,710 gross/month.
  • 39 hours/week (Monday to Friday, rotative shifts between 7:00 - 17:30).
  • 2 days in the office every 2 weeks (4 days a month).
  • 1st month of training in Barcelona, followed by 2 months of on-site training in Belgium.
