Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries from B2B partners via various channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Document and track customer interactions using our ticketing tool
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction levels through proactive communication and issue prevention
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a long-term commitment to our company

  • A competitive salary of €1,710 gross/month
  • A 39-hour workweek with rotative shifts between 7:00 and 17:30
