**Objetivo del puesto**:
Nuestros **Agentes de Leads Management** estarán dedicados a la gestión y cualificación de leads para la conversión de clientes potenciales en ventas mediante la implementación de campañas de Outbound sales.
**Responsabilidades de Agentes de Leads Management**:
- Gestionar/cualificar leads para identificar clientes con alto potencial de conversión.
- Alcanzar los objetivos de conversión de leads a ventas establecidos.
- Identificar necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones adhoc que aporten valor para las siguientes etapas del proceso de venta.
- Actualización de datos en CRM.

**Te buscamos a ti si**:
- Tienes amplio conocimiento y experiência del sector de atención al cliente.
- Experiência en Outbound sales, ventas B2B o desarrollo de negocios.
- Habilidad en el trato con clientes.
- Habilidades de comunicación y comerciales.
- Imprescindible idioma nativo **español.**:
- Experiência en el uso de sistemas CRM y paquete Office.
