**Leads Management Agent Swedish speaker**

**Do you have experience in lead management and customer service through contact center and are you ready to take on new challenges?**

**This is your role at MSX**

**Purpose of the role**:
Our **Agents** will be dedicated to the management and qualification of leads for the conversion of potential customers into sales through the implementation of outbound sales campaigns.

**Leads Management Responsabilities**:

- Manage/qualify leads to identify customers with high conversion potential.
- Achieve established lead-to-sales conversion goals.
- Identify customer needs and propose ad hoc solutions that provide value for the next stages of the sales process.
- Updating data in CRM.

**We are looking for you if**:

- You have extensive knowledge and experience of the customer service industry.
- Experience in Outbound sales,B2B sales or business development.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Communication and Commercial skills.
- Native **Swedish** language is essential **.**:

- Good knowledge of Spanish or English.
- Experience in the use of CRM systems and MS Office.
