Management Tasks and Responsibilities- HR/managerial and disciplinary responsibility (wages and salaries, staff development, conflict management, employee selection, etc) for all national team members- Leadership of all team employees according to the Fronius leadership standards, being a role model for all Fronius employees with respect to work ethics, team support, distinctive communication skills and workplace standards, following the company values reflected in the Fronius Way, Leadership Framework, Competency Model and Global Standards- Overall quality responsibility for the department- Monitoring employee attendance, initiate salary adjustments, conduct annual appraisals, and participate in corrective action plans to improve employee performance when necessary- Implementing management decisions for the team- Responsibility of preparation and monitoring the cost center and budget for the department and investment planning in coordination with the national management- Determining the necessary staffing needs of the department, including requesting additional personnel, conducting interviews, negotiating offer, and supporting on-boarding in collaboration with national management, HR, and FI.- Support in the integration, onboarding and development of new employees and internal educational programs (e.g. Trainee program, international apprenticeships, exchange programs ) This includes proactively coordinating the transfer of knowledge and activities arising from regular meetings to ensure sustainably distributed knowledge within the team.- Performing tasks as outlined in the team employees job descriptions.- Coordinating team tasks and determining priorities- Carrying out regular team meetings and appraisals- Take responsibility for the development of the team, stimulating multidisciplinarity and teamwork, coordinating support from headquarters and the integration with other areas of Fronius.- Organize the Trainings of new employees- Monitoring and improvement of processes- Continous monitoring and fullfillment of the established KPIs- Budget and investment planning in coordination with the national management- Functional reporting to Fronius International- Disciplinary reporting to national management- Participate and coordinate participation of team in company events- Proof read technical documentation and training materials, including adaption to National requirements.- Participation in national and international projects- Project management of support relevant development projects
**Requirements**:
Educational training, relevant professional experience- Bachelor’s/Upper/Master degree with focus on Functional Department or General Management (MBA)- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the field of the functional Department- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.- Management experience- Management training - business degree- Executive training with focus on team leadership- Project management- Presentation and chairing skills- Comprehensive IT skills- Driving license
Abilities, skills and qualities- Hands-on mentality coupled with a structured, analytical approach and strong solution and customer orientation- Proficient in presenting information to management groups through visual and verbal methods- Proficient in business writing and correspondence- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality- Excellent communication, empathy and interpersonal skills- Proactive attitude and strong ability to guide group/team efforts toward meeting goals and objectives- Ability to analyze problems, reach solutions and implement action. Troubleshooting- Enthusiasm for digital tools- Social competence and sensitivity, enthusiasm for working in an intercultural environment- Ability to develop and maintain team-oriented work culture- Willing to travel- Cost conscious- Willing to undertake further training- Willing to impart knowledge to others
