You can work remotely, eventually we will ask you to join our Cyprus or our Swiss office for up to 3 month to recieve the initial training.
You will manage the office administration, all payment report on payments and banking matters of operations and you will be responsible for all native spanish communication with our clients. Yor Spanish language capability must be at C2 level, or you need to be recognized for excellent spanish language capability.

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order
- Coordinate and manage office events and functions
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, and budgeting
- Utilize accounting software (Xero, Sage) to manage financial records and generate reports
- Assist with financial management, including monitoring expenses and analyzing financial data
- Mentor and train new office staff members

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Sage
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
