**Mission and objectives of the position**
Support deeptech portfolio of clients in Medtech/Biotech and Cleantech/Greentech to fundraise from private funding inside the Private Funding department.
**The position has the following objectives**:
- Support current Private Funding department activities and boost its growth, namely by providing fundraising support to current clients and finding new methodology to increase efficiency.
- Increase success rate on fundraising.
- Improve the selection process.
- Increase network of investors and partners.
- Create synergies with the Public Funding Department.
- Increase Revenue of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert consulting for the portfolio clients data room: pitch deck, financials, all necessary documents. Have frequent meetings with the portfolio startups.
- Organize events to matchmake startups and investors: in person and online through shark tank style and DemoDays.
- Manager a network of investors and partners, including meetings, dedicated NL and reports and other inbound tools.
- Prepare documents to promote portfolio companies.
- Select VCs to meet with the portfolio startup.
- Make the intros between investors and the startups and manage the relationships, getting honest feedback from the investor and supporting the startup to improve.
- Support on the due diligence process from a VC, providing consulting on new documents requested.
- Support the startup with terms and conditions.
- Support the Public Funds department by providing feedback on pitches of the clients.
- Report on the progress with each client and success cases.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst at a VC, or manager of acceleration programs.
- Required expertise in Deeptech: Medtech/Biotech, Cleantech/Greentech. Quantum is a plus.
- Network of VCs in Europe.
- Academic Background: Management, Financial, Economics or Science background with MBA.
- Expertise in Financial projections, startup valuation, term sheets, and data rooms - need to be able to do it individually.
- Capable of producing reports, and documenting the progress in all startups.
- Great communication and customer relationship management skills.
- KPIs driven, and very motivated attitude.
- Internet skills in terms of social networks and databases.
- Microsoft office advanced or expert level.
- Fluent in English.
- Academic Background: Management, Financial, Economics or Science background with MBA.
- Availability to travel within the EU.
