We are on a steep growth curve, and are looking for a Treasury Manager to join our team. As a Treasury Manager you will play a crucial role in managing Habyt’s financial resources worldwide, optimizing liquidity, mitigating financial risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with your colleagues in the finance and business teams and be exposed to a high level of freedom and responsibility from day one. You will report directly to the Group CFO.

Tasks

**Cash Flow Management**:

- Forecasting and monitoring the organization’s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations, investments, and debt payments
- Developing cash-flow models and strategies to optimize cash balances and minimize borrowing costs
- Develop and implement a treasury management system

**Risk Management**:

- Identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks, including interest rate risks, foreign exchange risks, credit risks, and liquidity risks
- Over time implementing hedging strategies to mitigate the impact of adverse market movements on the organization’s financial position

**Banking Relationships**:

- Managing relationships with financial institutions, including negotiating terms for banking services, credit facilities, and investment products
- Overseeing the organization’s banking activities, such as account management, bank reconciliations, and transaction processing

**Debt Management**:

- Monitoring and managing the organization’s debt portfolio
- Assessing debt repayment schedules, refinancing options, and negotiating favorable terms with lenders

**Cash Management Systems**:

- Implementing and maintaining cash management systems, software, and tools to streamline treasury operations and improve efficiency

**Team Leadership**:

- Possibility to build up a world-class treasury team over time

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years experience in managing treasury function
- Strong analytical skills, financial expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound strategic decisions are a must
- Knowledge of banking relations and covenants
- Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders, from employees to management as well as external partners
- Quick learner, able to work independently under pressing deadlines and changing priorities
- Full working proficiency in English is required, any other European language is a plus
