The expected results from the Travel Manager at Back Office include the swift and flawless implementation of a diverse range of customer travel and lifestyle requests.

BSI Lifestyle is an international luxury travel concierge service with a head office in London. We create tailor-made travel experiences and provide personalized lifestyle assistance. From planning dream getaways to handling everyday tasks, we're on a mission to make life smoother and more enjoyable for our members.
**Your Role**:
As a Travel Manager at Back Office, you'll be at the heart of creating extraordinary moments.
Your responsibilities are:
- Manage high volumes of customer queries including making& amending accommodation bookings, updating changes and processing payments.
- Reach out to suppliers for rates on hotels, transfers/transportation, private yacht, private jets & all other lifestyle requests.
- Organize transfers, and rental of vehicles, including checking the drivers on route.
- Book and purchase tickets for sports, fashion, concerts and events worldwide.
- Control bookings accurately.
- Recommend and reserve tables in restaurants.
- Use a wide variety of in-house systems and the current database of suppliers.
- Work closely with the operational team.
- Keep up to date with travel trends and regulations.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-year experience working in travel & tourism role.
- Native or Advanced level of Russian / Ukrainian.
- Upper-intermediate level of English and above.
- Experienced PC user (MS Office).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A genuine desire to make people's lives better.
- Personal travel experience is a plus.

**Salary**: from 1200 euro, based on the interview
