About the role
We are looking for a Junior Energy Manager with experience in energy efficiency and/or facility management to join the Energy Services team.
You will be involved in the coordination of end-to-end solutions to support the delivery of projects within the team. This will also involve the analysis of data to achieve energy saving and energy optimization measures.
This will require technical competence, mastering our platform (Spacewell Energy), data analytics, stakeholder management and overall project management skills. You will be in front of the customer, so good communication skills are a must.
We are looking for experienced individuals that are highly motivated and eager to learn and contribute to a more sustainable World.
Key responsibilities
The Junior Energy Manager will perform a consultant role for our key strategic clients. It will be required to continuously search energy saving solutions using the Spacewell Energy platform.
- Remote management of multiple data points, tapping into each building management system (BMS), to guarantee the comfort of the users and optimise energy consumption usage.
- Report and follow-up energy saving measures following the IPMVP protocol.
- Coordinate/manage the installations of hardware (monitoring, control or air quality systems).
- Follow up the set-up, configuration, and integration of all hardware installed.
- Provide remote support for the resolution of technical incidents.
- Deal with cross-functional teams (installers, providers, suppliers, technical teams...) to coordinate work packages or follow-up actions.
- Coordinate/lead the development of new software solutions.
- Set-up new data points in the platform.
- Provide regular updates and follow-up sessions.
- Generate internal KPIs and project progress reports.
- Participate in the preparation of technical proposals/solutions.
- Support with the elaboration of newsletter and energy awareness material (monthly newsletter, case studies,).
- Support with the development of new software capabilities, giving feedback of new tools from an energy manager expert vision
We’re looking for you
- 2 years experience, energy or facility manager.
- Interested in the energy efficiency sector and clean technologies.
- Related experience or technical capabilities to coordinate installations: HVAC, air quality, control systems.
- Excellent analytical skills, experience, or qualification (a plus).
- Proven ability to complete projects/tasks according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Great communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Capable of working in a fast-changing environment and can adapt to various situations, prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously
- Team player, motivated and self-driven.
- Technical skills using Google Docs (Documents, sheets, presentations, mail) or equivalent (MS Office).
- Spanish bilingual or proficiency level (C1 o C2).
- English (B1 or higher).
